Help! My new puppy won't potty outside OR walk on leash - tech solutions?

Hey everyone, first time dog owner here and I'm struggling big time. Got a 4-month-old golden retriever named Sunny. Two issues: 1) He pees inside even right after coming back from outside walks, and 2) He absolutely REFUSES to walk on a leash - just sits down or tries to chew it. I've tried treats, praise, everything basic. Are there any smart devices or tech gadgets that actually help with training? Saw some automatic treat dispensers and GPS trackers but not sure what's worth it. SOS!

Set alarms on your phone for every 2 hours - take him out REGARDLESS. Tech helps but nothing replaces routine. lol dogs are so much work. My cat just uses a litter robot - problem solved. But for leash stuff, I've seen those vibrating training collars (NOT shock ones!) that beep/vibrate to get attention. Could help redirect from chewing leash? Also maybe one of those automatic doorbells for dogs - they press button when need to go out. My friend's poodle learned it in a week. But honestly... maybe just get a cat instead? jk jk
